He was a really great guy and I miss his witty, insightful commentary. I know that a few users had a problem with him but it was only the really crazy left-wacko liberals that were ever offended by any of his posts.
Besides, I really miss seeing that attractive picture of Rod Blagojavich everywhere. Comments  who has this post bookmarked Eklek

CaptainPlanet420 added nothing to the site other than vitriol and hatred, choggie is still in the top 30 users even though he's been banned for a whole year now. You can't say that doesn't add anything to the site.
I think it is alarming that people get so up in arms about me making that poll. You can always just vote no? It's a gauge to figure out what people think.. it's not like it's binding or anything.
Furthermore, I made the poll because swampgirl never got around to it and with the newest banning, so it seemed like an opportune time to do it.

I still think I'd vote against either of them. BillO has a chance, but fuck 420.
I'm not kidding. I don't like CP420 at all, yet he deserves the same treatment as choggie, whom I also don't like. Bring him back. He's fun to kick around anyway. I look forward to lots of fun with choggie. I hope you all do too.
I posted this three days ago right after the Choggie poll started for no other reason than I was bored. I never expected it to go this far but after all that's happened it turned out to be appropriate to some people's points so I won't take it back now.
Let me explain:
CP420's comments were rarely witty (although sometimes when removed from his politics they were good), they were never insightful and they offended me quite often. Rarely if ever, do I find myself missing him.
And because some people haven't picked up the joke, I want to make this clear:
No part of me finds ex-governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich attractive in any way. I want to be very clear on this point so please re-read the previous sentence very carefully as a favor to me.
